Every product we make is to-order, there is a 3-5 business day processing time on all orders before they ship to you. During the holidays there can be an additional 1-3 business days processing time.

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately due to different methods of packaging required to keep your items safe and free from damage during its trip to you. Paper products such as stickers and notebooks will always ship in separate packages. Mugs and glassware will always ship separately due the the special extra protective packaging needed to keep them safe. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE SHIPPING EMAIL FOR EACH PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES ALL YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION.

All domestic orders are shipped from the U.S.

If any item is damaged in transit or has defects when you receive it we will replace your order at no cost to you.
